My fiancee and I had his Mom's 1st grandchild and every since my son has arrived (6-4-06) she has really envied me. It has gotten to the point to where if we see each other I speak to everyone but her and its sort of taking a toll on my realationship with my fiancee.

You can be the bigger and better person and not stoop to her level...Speak to everyone in the manner.You should ignore ignorance and treat people like you want to be treated.

Sounds like plain jealousy.
Grandparents usually go crazy for their first grandchild and some go even more bananas for the first grandson.
She's probably just jealous that you and your son are getting all of her Mom's attention.
