because of your age you will not have lose skin. Also this is not drastic weight loss. I lost 100 lb and did not have that problem . The key is to lose weight slowly, no crash diets! this gives your skin time to regain elasticity.

Exercise so you won't have flab left over after you loose the weight. At 16 you should not have that problem. If you diet and don't exercise you will loose muscle and not fat. Building muscle through exercise is the best way to ensure you will look and feel good when you reach your target weight.

Make sure you do toning exercises while losing weight. And don't lose weight quickly. Talk to your doctor for advise on losing weight in a healthy manner.

strength training, Use small weights to tone your muscles that will help tone your skin. Plus at 16 your skin should go back to place because it still has its elasticity. But for sure strength training. squats and sit ups for but legs and tummy and small like 3-5lb weights for arms, it will help a lot! I'm 21 and it works pretty good for me!

Lose the weight slowly. 1-2 lbs a week and work out using weights. Good luck :)
