There's a petition here:

http://www.petitiononline.com/BCAF/petition.html

That says:
Slogans such as, "Two Wongs can make it White" or "Get your Buddha on the
Floor," partnered with stereotypical portrayals of Asian laundrymen
wearing rice patty straw hats and Asian woman in a passive manner, have no
place in a modern organization looking for the business of Asian Americans
or well minded Americans. Using pictures of Buddha for comic relief make
us wonder what type of respect exists within Abercrombie & Fitch for
Buddhists. Littered throughout the line of the six Tees are images of
smiling slanted eyed subservient restaurant workers with references to
common offensive Asian stereotypes such as, "You love long time" and "Eat
in or Wok Out."

You can find some examples of the T-shirts here:
http://www.geocities.com/tarorg/shirts.html

There's a lot of info here about some lawsuits filed against them:

I've heard about that and not only Asians and Hispanics but also African Americans. It was on 60 minutes or Dateline sometime ago but A&F denied it. I think they do discriminate. Take a look at all their ads in the paper any similarities in the people in their ads? I wouldn't and do not buy anything from their stores.

I don't know if they discriminate or not but I do know that they only hire people that have the image of "All-American Boy/Girl". Actually, I've seen Asians working there. I think they basically hire people that look good to them i guess.
