Believe it or not, my favorite book is still 'Watchers.'
I love 'Fear Nothing' and 'Seize the Night' (Chris Snow series) as well, and honestly have not read a Koontz book i DON"T like... but 'Watchers' is my favorite, old though it may be.

My favorite book is The Watchers. That dog was so sweet! Got to love a smart dog.

i love them all but there is one where the guy is in a car accident with his wife and she is dying and koontz wrote quite possibly the most romantic few paragraphs of real love i have ever read....i have tried to find that book but they have changed some of the titles so i haven't been able to...do you know which one it is? i would love to read that passage again

It's a tie between Watchers and Lightning. I can't choose between them. I own all of his books, but those are the ones I find myself wanting to read over and over again.

Lightning--because of the twist in the plot (don't want to ruin it).
Midnight--because of it's first line from memory I believe it was, "Janice liked to run at night."
Sieze the Night / Fear Nothing--because of the main character
