Anything small as say, Earth, probably nothing at all. It will likely just get sucked into Jupiter's mass and broken down by gases and elements. I couldn't see anything other than an asteroid, space debris, an Earth probe or satelitte, or comet actually hitting it though. You mean like a planet? That is highly unlikely. Jupiter is so massive though and full of dense gases that even if a planet theoretically hit it, Earth would not be affected. It may look cool through a telescope to see the impact and aftermath, that's probably all. Jupiter takes hits for our solar system all the time being a massive gas giant with a powerful gravitational field in the outermost portion of our solar system. It would take something HUGE to blow it up. Life might suck for us if that ever happened.

Well, as digital_genius already pointed out, Comet Shoemaker-Levy hit Jupiter a few years back and didn't do any damage. If you mean something big enough to destroy Jupiter or knock it out of orbit: we'd all be in big trouble, because something that big would have enough gravity to throw the whole solar system out of whack and probably damage the Sun.

Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 left scars that persisted for months, even though the surface is gas. Had it hit Earth, it would have been a mass-extinction event.

It depends on how big the "something" is and how fast it is moving when it hits.
