helpp! i downloaded it from a random website but it doesnt work when i click it to start, it crashes.

The Sims 2 Body Shop comes with the game! Every time you buy a new Sims upgrade, the latest one with the new stuff is included.
Start/Programs/EA Games/The Sims 2 University /The Sims 2 Body Shop
If it doesn't work correctly, very likely the download you got broke it. You may have to backup your game folders in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 and then remove the Uni and reinstall it.

If i'm not mistaken the sims 2 body shop come with the game....and you downloaded it so it probably has viruses and other spywear so I would delete that immediately....
