Contact the college/university you want to attend and ask for their requirements (or go on their websites)
Colleges/Universities generally want those to admit students:
-SAT/ACT
-Grades (transcripts)
-Class Rank
Good luck on your application, im in the same process but as transfer

Collegeboard.com usually has lots of really helpful little articles about how to make the transition easy and what kind of stuff you need to remember to bring.
My advice would be to find out your schedule and what buildings your classes are in and find those buildings on a campus map. This way you can see the best way to get from one class to another and know how much time you have to do it. Also plot out where lunchrooms and such are and figure out when you'll have meals in between classes.
Also make sure you have a planner with plenty of room for each day to write down every detail about homework assignments, such as due date, essay length, etc.
Lastly, make sure to take notes not just in the classes, but also about the teachers. Note which teachers won't let you go to the bathroom during class, which will let you get up to sharpen your pencils, and if they give it to you, their phone number or email to ask them questions about homework.

Congrats on graduating! College takes alot of preperation, one thing that i couldnt do without is a thersaurs, so many papers are written in college and sometimes you just cant think of the right word to use. Another thing is make sure you just be yourself dont try to change your morals and values just to try and fit in with certain people. Good Luck at College!

Academically, home school has probably better prepared you than the average public school. If parents have restricted your science curriculum to a religious orientation, it would be good to review the mainstream books on the subject.
Take advantage of freshman orientation and other services that the university offers.

Your best bet is to contact the colleges you are thinking about attending and getting a copy of their admissions guidelines. Most college should have these available on their websites.
