It's a toss up between the Super Saucer incident and Chevy Chases freak out in National Lampoon's Christmas vacation.
The whole thing is hilarious! Best Christmas Movie (Comedy) of ALL TIME.

In Take the Money and Run starring Woody Allen, he is punished by being forced to spend time underground with an insurance salesmen, when the lower them into the ground the insurance salesmen talks and talks and its soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny.

the funniest movie moment i recall is the sceene from xmen1 where they land at builing and as wolverine goes through the metal dector his skeletal system triggers the alarm and cyclops says well sould've seen that coming and wolverine sticks his middle claw out and it looks like he flipped cyclops off and they all laugh...
