No. Most likely it's just your muscles aching from all the streching and growing and the sneeze is just pulling it hard for a second....Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Sneezing While Pregnant

No but I have to tell you what happened with my baby. During our sonogram at 8 wks (to check on some bleeding problems I was having) the sonogram tech said something funny that made me laugh and we watched the baby do a complete flip in its sac!!! It just flipped right around!! It was so funny, but I was trying not to laugh anymore because I didn't want to give the baby motion sickness. It's probably the same effect when you sneeze! Don't worry about it--soon you'll be wishing that baby had more room to move when its kicking you in the ribs or bladder! :o)

You have nothing to worry about and CONGRATS!! I am 14 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. The only time you need to worry about sneezing is later around 6/7 months and on. It can make you pee. Once you hit the later months be sure to carry extra panties everywhere you go. You'll need them and you'll definately be glad you have an extra in your purse or glove box. lol God bless you and your baby!!

No, it definitely can't hurt your baby. But it can be painful for you. My doctor told me when I feel a violent sneeze coming on (or dry heaving or a bad cough or whatever), to press inward on my uterus area and that seems to keep everything in place and makes it not quite so painful. It works!

Sneezing is a very violent act. I once knew a girl who broke a rib sneezing. No for real she did.
I think that your baby is alright though. I tend to hold my stomach when I sneeze though. It just feels better for some reason.
