You might want to ask this question again, only place it in a different category than games & recreation.

The only answer possible is that you won't lose weight without getting rid of the lazy streak and actually taking action. There are no easy roads to take the pounds off. It takes work, diet & exercise.

Try diet and exercise.

You can speed the process up by toning up your muscles and getting rid of the fatty foods in your diet.

Surgery is not the best option in any case. You ought to talk this over with your doctor.

For motivation, have someone take a picture of your rear end at its current size and post it where you can see it from the couch.

Post it on the refrigerator, too. You might be surprised how quickly you can get into those Size 9 jeans.

Try signing up for a futness yoga class. They are low intensity, so you wont strain or injur yourself but they do help you to stay active and make your body burn fat. The fastest way to lose weight though is cardio so you might want to do that, even though it sucks. Try getting a personal trainer or joining curves so that you have someone who will make you excercise. But for short term things, try cleaning the house alot (burn callories) and pacing while you watch tv or talk on the phone (also burns more callories) replace the chip bag with some celery (the only food that thakes more callories to digest than it supplies) and go for a brisk walk in the morning and before bed.

were never satisfied are we I'm as skinny as a bag of bones and i hate it i wish you could give me a bit of your weight then we will both be happy I'm not an expert but i think the best way for you is to make just little changes if you put a bowl of salad or fruit chopped up in the fridge and if you feel like picking go for that and not the sweet stuff and maybe take your baby out and just walk a couple of street further every day and try running up and down stairs instead of walking just little things like that don't worry love you ll get there if its what you really want or just love yourself the way you are and stay chubby

it can be hard to quit eating and get active. Try simple things like, incorporating more fruit and veggies in your diet, park the car out a little further when you run errands, take the stairs instead of an elevator, take a walk with your kids to get them out of the house and active too. Try to eat less if you can. Even if you just cut out one snack or drink one less coke it will help.

Don't however, take any weight loss pills. My mom did and they gave her an irregular heart beat...Good Luck and congrats on the new baby!!

well, you can have more confidence!
in order to loose wait you have to do something! mentally and physically, it's not that simple to have a baby and loose the weight just in a snap! You need to except yourself as a heavy set woman, then began your process of self esteem, and once you get that settled, start eating right... like go eothout any kind of candy for a month! or eat cereals that have less than 8 grams of sugar, eat breakfast for dinner, and things of such sort!

It's gonna be hard, but you have to make small lifestyle changes until you can be active and exercise again. Start with small things, like snacking on carrots or celery instead of icecream. Walk around the block once a day until you can do more. Don't snack/eat after 7pm. Good luck!

Just try eating healthy. If you eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruits, whole grains, and protein in small meals throughout the day they will actually help you to detoxify your body and speed up your metabolism plus give you more energy than junk food and fast food. Try it for a week and see how you feel, not what the scale reads. Plus you will start to see your pants feel looser!

well if you don't have motivation then you obviously don't want to lose the weight. as inspiration maybe you could put your size nine jeans on the refridgerator then every time you go to eat food it'll remind you not to try eating healthier food when you do eat . also you need to excersize otherwise it won't work .
