Not for some time to come!
They seem to be changing in their approach to buying maybe The Americans are tightening the purse strings.
They also have a few players getting past their prime and are in a process of re-building.
Chelsea are also in the driving seat as far as spending as they can outbid anyone and seem to be buying players they do not really need, stoopping other teams from getting them. Interesting proposal at the weekend to make the top six teams in the Premier League play off for Champions! Watch this space!

Manchester United has got a wonderful squad this year, if Hargreaves comes it will be better.But all Chelsea, Liv, Ars AND ManU have great chances this yr , anything can happen this year.

I mean it's up to them, by this i mean that yes, every team wants to win but the question is are they determined enough? But yeah in my opinion I believe that they have great players with awesome and stunning skills!! I mean they have Rooney, Ferdinand, Heinze, Neville, C. Ronaldo, Saha, Giggs, and Scholes. Too bad that Nistelrooy, left to Real Madrid.

I reckon they have a great chance. I think chelsea will be concentrating on the champions league this season, so its up for grabs. Although, Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle will also be up there.
