click tools, go to pop up blocker, and turn it off, but remember to turn it back on when your done, you can also set it to always allow pop ups on that site.

hold your Control button down while opening something that the blocker blocks. It will turn it off while you are holding it down and when you let go the blocker is back on.

go into settings for the program that has the blocker, and either allow fo that site(your schools) or turn it off totally
