Clinton did get impeached. The GOP congress tried but failed. The house did, but congress failed to ratify it.

And bush has done a lot worse. He lied about WMDs in Iraq, he classified CIA information that confirmed Iraq had complied with the 1991 UN resolution while allowing the release of unconfirmed intelligence that suggested Iraq hadn't. Then when the CIA confirmed the intelligence as being false Bush classified that information so that the american people would not hear the truth.
Terrorism in Iraq, yes there were a few terrorist camps in Iraq. But none of the 9/11 murderers got ANY training there. We should be after countries like yemen and their allies where there are significantly more camps. But of course yemens a tiny poor country and not worth the expense.

All in all I would much rather have a president who lies about sex then one who needlessly wastes american lives for his own ego and ignorance.
