I want to major in the medical field and become a great doctor and help others. However, I am so deadly afraid of not just blood but like open heart surgery stuff. I get so sick watching those sort of thing. There are many times when I try to stay "normal" when shows like DR.90210 (a show about plastic surgeries) is on.

In about any medical field you study you'll eventually come across a cut or blood. I would suggest talking to someone in the field of medical science and getting suggestions.
