Mary had a little lamb is really easy, but it only has a treble part, no bass. You could try using an Evanescence song, or Dresden Dolls, they use a lot of keyboard in their songs, I'd used Hello or You by Evanescence, or Slide by Dresden Dolls, they may not be exactly "easy, but they're nice songs and have good treble and bass lines to them. If you're just begining to play keyboard I'd recomend Twinkle Twinkle little star, Mary had a little lamb, Faras Jackuea(that's spelled way wrong), or maybe something along those lines. Very basic, very simple.
