I'm assuming that by "low 90's" you mean that you are averaging a low A (probably an A-), which is already really good, depending on the level of curriculum you are taking.

First and foremost, you want to make sure that you are completing all of your assigned work and performing well on tests. Figure out how the grading for each course is comprised: what matters most, tests or homework? Usually, the syllabus for the course would specify the "weight" of assignments and tests. This will let you know how you can make the greatest impact on your grade. Then, look at all of your grades and try to discern a pattern - do you have a weakness? Are you better at homework than at tests or vice versa? Once you have established that, you can focus your efforts better.

Still, I think it's worth noting that at some point, you may hit a wall. If you are already getting As, there's not much higher to go. Some instructors have a very loft (read: unattainable) ideal for work they consider worthy of a perfect score. And if your courses are graded on a curve, your score is depended on the performance of your peers, something you cannot control.

Well, study harder. But make sure to focus in on the areas you are having the most trouble with. So don't spend hours studying the material you already know pretty well and then not have enough time to understand all the hard material.
