As much as I agree with the other answers, you may want to seek professional help. Check with your health insurance to see what is covered for counseling services.
Talk to her school to see if the same situations you are seeing at home exist there. If they do exist in school, talk to her guidance department for local recommendations for an outside therapist. If the school does not see the anger, then you know it is a situation that is occuring at home.

Alejandra, please don't take the comments of the uninformed to heart. I understand where you're coming from, I have a special needs child with anger issues, as well. The only anger management class that I'm specifically aware of is in Ventura (we live in Ventura County). I wanted to enroll my son, but we had schedule conflicts. The outfit in Ventura is "Advanced Solutions Counseling," 805-654-1952, www.advancedsolutionscounseling.com. If they're too far, perhaps they'd know of someone in your area. Good luck.

She/He does not need anger management classes. You need parenting classes. That kid is 11 and does not have a damn thing to worry about in life. You need to put that child in his/her place before she/he is 16 and running your house hold. We all have anger problems and its call life. Teach them how to deal with it.

You don't need it actually.
You need to listen to your parents.
