When I forward sometime as an inline text I can not pull the message up to the top of the screen. I do not have this problem on Juno or MSN.

Tell everyone that you know that they should USE the BCC field when sending out a message, so that is not in your way. Then, ASK people to REPLY at the top of the message, instead of the Bottom.
I agree, the message should be in plain view... unless they would rather have me HIT DELETE.

Annoying isn't it. But Yahoo has to pay for you free mailbox and Yahoo Answers and everything else, so they tack the ads and stuff at the top of the emails. Nothing you can do about it excpet use a different email system.

Or you can use a mail clients which you can configure it the way you want
