It would be the group of Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Shane McMahon would take over the company.

Vince McMahon has publicly said that he would never step down or leave this company his father created ever. He said that he will continue to run WWE until the day he dies. Or course, the likely nominees for the chairman position would be his wife Linda (CEO), his son Shane (Executive VP of Global Media, mainly being responsible for bookings and overseeing WWE events around the globe), his daughter Stephanie (Senior VP of Creative Writing, holds responsibility in storylines for Raw, Smackdown, and ECW), and his son-in-law, Paul Levesque (a.k.a Triple H, active wrestler and member of D-Generation X). Of course, the WWE stockholders has the final vote on who runs this company when Vince passes away. I do see Linda as the next in line to run WWE because she has a good relationship with the Board of Directors, as well as her stockholders, and know this business from the ground up learning from her husband. That doesn't mean that Shane, Stephanie, or Paul will be left out, as they are still responsible on running the show (Triple H has past experience running Raw when Vince suffer a bad hip he injured at Royal Rumble 2005, Shane and Steph are still learning about this business and won't be far from running this company in the near future, although having children might have Shane and Steph keeping their same position until further notice. Shane has two little son, Declan James and Kennedy Jesse, from his high school sweetheart Marissa Mazzola and Steph has her first daughter, Aurora Rose, from Triple H).

Not sure. I would think so in the acting department, but regarding corporate affairs, it's an open race with Linda, Stephanie and Shane. When it comes to reading and playing out a script, Shane has the edge. In the past, before Vince McMahon Sr. handed down the WWWF to Vince Jr., Jr. was an announcer and color commentator, but did not wrestle. All he did was be the straight man to the wrestler's personalities, and was great when it came to interviewing them.

You be the judge based on either "acting" or being "corporate".

I think Linda mcMahon would take over the company unless if Vince has a change in plans & lets Shane run the company.

To my understanding Vince and Linda are co owners of the WWE. If Vince stepped down Linda would take over. If both stepped down then Shane would take charge. Stephanie went to school for marketing, now she's in charge of the WWE's marketing department.

linda mcmahon already owns the company, vince is the on-tv owner, it think if vince was to die or step down the power would shift most likely on stephenie since she would then be the head of wwe creative and might take over the on tv role her father started

Absolutely not, I don't think Shane even likes to be a part of WWE, he just doesn't want to disappoint Vince!

actually all these people are talking through their butts.WWE is stockholder owed.If those with enough stock wanted to they could do away with all the mcmahon'.i personally own enough stock that i get invited to reg.meetings of the top stockholders. You see you live in a day where you can invest in everything.contrary to belief wwe wasn't created to entertain ,it was created to generate money for people smart enough to invest in it!
