Sounds like you are aready on the right track..romantic dinners and flowers often?
How about taking her to a spa fpr a weekend. Both of you can enjoy the rest and relaxation together without interruptions from the rest of the world. You can both enjoy a couples package that usually include massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. while you reminiss on all that make your marrige to her so very special and you can express your gratitude for all that she does to make life a better place for you with all that she does. My husband did this for me and believe me when I say"he thoroughlt enjoyed it as much as I did".
Sounds like you are both lucky ..Good LUCK! Many happy years together.

A simple thank you so she feels acknowledge for what she has done. Women want to feel they are appreciated for what they do and sometimes all they want to hear is a simple thank you. sure the dinners, and the flowers help but its the two simple words that make a difference, then maybe put some romantic music on,throw some rose petals down everywhere maybe trailling it to the bedroom where a bunch of candles would be without burning the house down, but like when she enters the house leave like little notes or hints or small gifts like making it a game to get to you, where she has to do these things and it makes it kinda of exciting, like one card or gift can be take off one piece of clothing and move to the next room something like that just make it romantic and fun and remember to say thank you and show her. have fun and good luck sounds like a good women treat her good.

Every women loves gifts and vacations, naturally. But a gift from the heart could make her cry. My husband has bought me gifts and taken me on vacations that I so much appreciated. However, so clearly I remember a gift he made for me. He had bought construction paper, markers and glue. We have no kids, so seeing this stuff around the house almost had me worried wondering what the heck. The next day he gave me a heart shaped card with a poem he had wrote about the first day we met. He even put a heart shaped magnet on the back of the card to put on the fridge. To this day I cry when I read the poem. Knowing he is such a busy man and to take time out to write a poem and even make a card to put it on. So simple yet so special to me.

If you can afford it and can take the time off, an awesome vacation just the two of you to spend some quality time together where you can show her how much you love and appreciate her. If not, maybe something just for her would be a day at a spa.....manicure, pedicure, massage. Just do something that shows you appreciate her.

Does she have family she hasnt seen in a while that live far away? Fly her first class to see them.
Does she like spas? Send her to a really classy one.
Get her vehicle detailed
Ask her if she could have 1 weekend to go anywhere or do anything what would it be.

Listen to her and see what she wants and surprise her with it. It could be anything from cleaning the house, to sending her to a day spa or buying her her favorite movie. My friend once told me she wished she could find these spoons her mom once had. I found some similar to them really cheap and bought it for her, she would so happy with them. It isn't about the cost, it is about the tought.

Also, make sure you tell her thank you.

Take her on a nice cruise to the bahamas. Although I am sure she did not support you to get things. She was just being a good wife. Although it is nice that you want to show her you appreciate her. There are not many men that appreciate their wives today. Way to go BRAVO!

Lease a billboard where she drives regularly and post a huge "Thank you, Doreen, for everything! You are the love of my life! Jim" on it. She'll be amazed and will never forget such an unmitigated public display of affection and gratitude.
