Click on the bat and hold down the mouse button
Drag it back to the bottom of the screen
Release the button
Now, right-click on the taskbar
Select properties
Put a check shere it says "Lock Toolbar"
That will prevent you from accidently moving it in the future

Click on the start bar (anywhere that doesnt have a icon or applications) hold the mouse in and drag towards the bottom of the screen.

Right click on the taskbar and make sure that lock the taskbar is not ticked. Drag the bar to the bottom of the screen.

hello
Just click the start menu into the center and drag it to bottom...if it wont happen than right click check weather it is lock or not if its lock than click on it and unlock the taskbar and then try it..it will work for sure
