I recommend reading "Her Sister's Keeper" which is an excellent book dealing with this very subject. The parents had a second child to provide the first child with (I believe) bone marrow.
Bottom line: It is unethical and cruel to both children and does NOT guarantee that your first child will heal.

If you and your wife can't be donors, do you have the certainty that a new kid will be able to provide the compatible kidney your son needs so much.
How long can your son wait in case that you could find a physician that would be able to clone your son in order to have the perfect donor? Baby's kidneys are not suitable for a transplant, what means between pregnancy, growing the involuntary donor will need years to be ready.
Can your son wait that long?
I suggest you think about human rights and cloning.
A normal conception will only bring to the world another individual that might be compatible or not. Are you going to have as many kids as needed till you find the right donor if you ever can conceive one?
I think you are quite confused, and if you are talking about a real case and not a hypothetical one, then please rush to put your son in a donor list in the meanwhile you keep on thinking in solutions that are certainly not very realistic but I can understand since it is about the life of your son.
I wish the best to your son, the mother and you. I truly hope you can find a donor soon.

Do you mean to conceive another child that would be a suitable donor for your son? If I thought you were serious, and you rarely are, I would say... I don't know what I would say. Probably not. For that we would be playing God with someone who did not yet have free will, or a kidney large enough to do any good. I had a professor in college who had an 18 year old daughter who had a virus that knocked out both her kidneys. They had to make the ultimate choice. Who would be the donor? I would not wish that decision upon anyone.

What does your conceiving a new baby have anything to do with your son's kidney? I presume you and your wife have 4 kidneys between you. Why not just donate one of your own instead?

That sounds unethical. You would fall in love with your new son or daughter and give one of your own kidneys. That's what you should do - a newborn's kidney would not be effective.
That's immoral in my view. What about the baby's value as a person?

You would be making a decision for someone that is not yours to make. God has no grandchildren. If you conceive a child, you should not have ulterior motives such as harvesting body parts. It should be the child's choice, without brainwashing or coercion. To have and raise a child for the primary purpose of stealing a kidney would be criminally unethical. You have no rights in this matter.

No. As a parent your duty is to give your children 100% life. You would be diminishing the quality of life of the intended organ donor, actually the newborn would effectively be an organ hostage, which is not your right. Though you may have what seems to be a desparate situation, do not lose focus of ethics and morality.

No, give him one of your kidneys instead. You have 4 between you and your wife.
Or, have a baby, and wait till he or she is of legal age to make the decision him or herself.
What if the new baby needs a kidney also?

If he is more likely to die waiting on the waiting list and you have enough time to concieve, gestate, give birth and allow the child to grow enough for the transplant then go for it. Your children will have a bond that is deeper than regular siblings.
On the other hand...
you should do everything else to avoid the pain you will have to go through to see both your son and the new baby having to go through the surgery, and BOTH have the possibility of dieing.

Be ware! The future kid may sue you on the day he or she turns adult. OMGG! That is like investing in future harvests, and securities those like in harvesting organs. If it is known in some parts pf the world, people will start speculate on the potential and arrange such programs on an industry level.
--- Definitely not even nearing ethics.Desperation is a temptor to find answers in stangest quarters.
--I think its just kidding with a bizarre idea or ideas if more than one issue contemplated.
