"The Blues Brothers" - surprisingly, more of a musical than a comedy, but still a movie that makes me laugh out loud.
"What's Up, Tiger Lily?" - Early Woody Allen film, takes a Japanese spy movie and replaces all the dialogue. (Precursor of MST3K?)
"The Hunt For Red October" - Doesn't closely follow Tom Clancy's book, but an outstanding film nonetheless.
