I don't have either but a few of my friends have the RAZR and I've heard that they can break easily and they've had a few problems with them. You should go to a store though so you can compare and contrast them!

i dont know about the ROKR but the RAZR sucks i had 2 silver ones and a black one and they get the worst reception

it depends if you already have an mp3 player. if you do the rokr isn't worth it, just get the razr.
