no since razor burn is from LACK of moisture in that area Diaper Rash is for lil babies.Might help but you may want to try some lotions made for the area and for a ladies body.jerkins has some nice lotions and the cost is reasonable.

Razor burn is skin irritation so any medicated cream or lotion will help.

You might do better with a wax or hair remover product.

There is a soothing oil that comes with home bikini waxing sets, they sell just the oil by itself at beauty supply stores. I should think that would work for you, if you can't find that then aloe vera would do the trick as well.
