My dear Girl............Do you not have a doctor or family? What are you doing attempting to get pregnant while taking these drugs? If you are on these drugs you are experiencing some type of major anxiety/panic problems. Which is a RED flag that you are in no condition to take on something as monumental in life as producing a child.
Yes, you can get pregnant. You can get pregnant taking anything EXCEPT some form of birth control.........Please do not bring a child into the world until you have your life in order. A child is so overwhelming under "normal" circumstances and you have issues before you even get pregnant. Don't endanger another life.

Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

You can get pregnant. Some meds arent good. Really it depends on the doctor. Some docs will let you stay on the Xanax, some wont. the medical studies are inconclusive, really. It's probably best not to take them though.

I got pregnant while taking Buspar, and did not realize I was pregnant and it made my heart race HORRIBLY. I ended up miscarrying, but my doctor was not sure if that is what caused it. If you are wanting to get pregnant talk to your doctor first.

You need to ask your doctor and then get a second opinion from the Pharmacist. Typically the Pharmacist knows more about the effect of a drug rather than the Doctor who prescribed it.

The problem arises is the meds cross the barrier in the placenta and flow to the boby. Ask your ob/gyn. all meds do not do that.

No. If you want to get pregnant, you should get off of the meds long before you conceive. Please read the effects of both drugs on a fetus.
