Only surgery, but in all reality you should not feel embarassed about your own body! Every body is made fine and right. Thanks to porn and airbrushing many people are getting surgeries and living lives with low self esteem when it never was a problem before.

To tell you honestly... guys really don't care... you may be self-conscious about it but I don't think guys would really care... unless you are a lesbian... then I wouldn't know how to answer that one...
there are medical surgurys that will cut the tissue back but there will be scaring and it's not covered by insurance because it's cosmetic and not nessessary...
I would say don't worry about them... if they are not really getting in the way just leave them as they are... it usually helps clueless men find the right way in during sex...

I'm assuming you are speaking of your labia. Like every other part of the body, they come in different sizes and shapes. I've heard and seen women get them surgically shaped to make the smaller. I don't know why! But if it's embarassing you, go to a plastic surgeon.

Since your a woman I don't think you should judge what I (or any guy) believe to be beauty. I'll bet that butterfly is really sensitive. Why be circumcised? you may regret It. BTW it's also mutilation. God gave it to you, keep it ,he would like to see his work.
You may end up with ugly ugly scar tissue.

There are some cosmetic procedures that can be done to reduce the size of your labia. There are also many side effects after it's done. My opinion is, leave it as it is. No one is perfect.
