It make no difference who you choose. Branch is New England main receiver; however, Tom Brady spread the love a lot so Branch may not get elite stats. In the other side, Reggie Wayne is Manning second target and Harrison take a lot from Wayne's numbers. In sum, they both will end up with similar stats.

My first thought is Wayne, but I think their numbers will be close. Wayne is a numebr 2 rcvr and a lock for 1000 yds and 6 TDs. Branch on the other hand is a number 1 rcvr. He has never broken 1K yds or 5 TDs, but will likely do so this year.
Wayne has not missed a game in 4 years, Branch has missed 10 or so.
Manning is obviously a more prolific passer than Brady. Colts offense is pass first, I think Pats are more balanced.
Cory Dillon will likely get more chances in the red zone than D Rhodes.
Branch is also holding out last I heard, so who knows how that will affect his shape or chemistry with the offense, and thus his numbers.
I give Wayne the edge.

Reggie Wayne
Deion Branch isn't really a quality receiver hes just considered up there because he got the Superbowl MVP award in 04 plus he doesn't put up as many touchdowns

Reggie Wayne.
Peyton Manning just throws way too many TD's for you NOT to keep Reggie Wayne.

Reggie Wayne. The Colts have more fire power and they score lots of points instead of just playing to beat their opponents like the Patriots.

Wayne.....
Branch has a lot less supporting cast this year and will be the focus of the opposing D's.

I would try to keep both, but between the two I would take Wayne.
