Fatasy football is starting real soon and now I cant get into my site. I used www.gostealthy.com and it lets me in the site but I can not click on any links. Can someone help me out or should I find a new job?

Sounds more like you need to concentrate on work and enjoy your fantasy football and other activities away from work. This is becoming more and more common place in the work environment and employers want more and more productive time spent on computers.

There is a legitimate reason why companies have started blocking fantasy league. In managerial perspective, it could hurt the companies' productivity. There is a recent article about it.

In IT perspective (9 years experience), employees shouldnt be accessing anything aside from work related websites. You don't have to find a new job only to play fantasy football. You can always do that after work hour. I've been playing fantasy league since 2001 and I can still manage my team when I get home. At work, you need to focus on your responsibility as an employee. It doesn't look very good when you get fired because of your willingness to do everything just to be able to access to your fantasy league.

Well, you could try a "shell" program which would override the settings your employer set. However - you can still obviously get on this site...I would go update your resume, employers can watch what you are up to through remote access and it sounds like they are already monitoring you.
