maybe. if it was in the sea it wouldn't work because all you'd have to do is get in a dingy and row away since scorpions can't swim. but if it was a space ship, you could be onto a winner. does the term Cyber Scorpion work? that would be an interesting film.

And some killer sharks so the people can't just get in a life boat, mix in half naked women plus whatever is the scorpion mortal enemy and you have a hit. ( or a sequal, perhaps)

I seen snakes on a plane yesterday and thought it was a pretty good movie if you forget about the cheese.
