If you honestly think your spouse is cheating, maybe the best thing to do would be to talk with him/her. Dont throw accusations, that will only upset them. Suggest doing things to spice up your own marriage, maybe thats all ya need. But definitely dont go spying on them, that will only hurt you more in the long run...what if he/she isn't cheating? how bad would you feel if your spouse caught you spying on them and they weren't even doing anything wrong?

Hell yeah! you have every right to know whats going on with your spouse. both of you are as one. you dont want to not know, and wacth him or her bring home some uncureable desease. spy all you need to. Make sure youre willing to forgive or forget. because whatever decisiopn you make when you find out, can affect your relationship for the rest of your life. In my case I would send him to hit the road. what goes around comes around. once they cheat and if you forgive its only a matter of time and theill do it again. Be ready to move on. do alot of research on him or her.

Yes. If you ask them straight out and they are cheating, they will lie and be more careful. If they're not cheating, they'll be insulted that you asked. If you spy and they're not, no harm done. And if they are, you know for sure.

I would not advise you to spy unless you are prepared for what you will find. You may find some things that you weren't originally looking for. Your best bet would be to confront him with your suspicions and if you still feel that he may not be giving you the full story, get some help.

Heck yeah!! Get a private eye, they are relatively inexpensive, and get the proof you will need in court to jack him up!!! Be smart not nice! It is who has the most money that gets the best defense in a court so don't do as I did and think"I haven't done anything. This will have to be a no brainer" GET EVIDENCE NOW.

Hell f***ing yeah!!!! More than likely you are right. I spied and I was right. He gave me the nickname "I Spy." And I wear it proudly. Better to be called I Spy than to be called into the gyn with an STD.

Ask them out right. If they say no and you don't believe them, then then spy on them if you must. But think about how it will look if you get caught spying on them and they aren't doing anything wrong.

If there is something that has sparked suspicion, then it would be warranted. However, don't go looking for trouble where none exists. In other words, if you think he is, he probably is, and finding "evidence" (emails, phone calls, odd credit charges, etc) would only substantiate your suspicions. What you do with the information from there is up to you....
