i use it quite a lot...i think it's much better than other sites of that kind...

Search for the artist and the song, if it's there you can click "contribute" and add the lyrics. If there is no song, you can to the "Lyrics" tab and add the song to the database. Your contribution is reviewed before it appears on the website.
