Which is cheaper on your electric?
AC.....Celeing Fan.....Window Unit.......Standard Fan?

If the window unit you are talking about is a window air conditioner, then this will be the most expensive because it is doing the most work.....it is actually using a refrigeration cycle to cool and dehumidify the air.
The cieling fan should be cheaper than a standard fan because most of them have two or three speeds, and the blades are longer.

The cheapest to operate would be a ceiling fan, but will only move air, and does not cool or 'condition' the air. If you are considering a permanent solution, a central system (provided you have an air handling system in your home) would be the most efficient and offer the best all around comfort.
