In the North, the resurgent Cornhuskers aren't enough to stop Dan Hawkins' Buffaloes.

In the South, Texas Tech runs and guns past Texas and Oklahoma, two teams whose inexperienced quarterbacks will struggle with inconsistency and the pressure of the position.

As far as the championship goes, Colorado drops their third straight sending the Red Raiders to the Fiesta Bowl.

Sure it's not Oklahoma/Texas-Nebraska again, but you've got to switch things up every now and then.
