Try a product called "Persa Gel" it's in the skin care section of your favorite store.

Toothpaste can work fairly well to get rid of pimples that are near ready to pop, yours don't sound as if they are. If you take a few aspirin and let them dissolve in a tiny bit of water, then rub it on your face, or just the affected area it clears up redness in pimples. If you want you can also add a few drops of honey to the mixture before applying it to help moisturize your face. If all else fails take a pale shade of green eyeshadow and dab it over the pimple, the green pigments help to cancel out the redness and you can just put your makeup on over it. =) Hope that helped.

Well I use a Mary Kay acne treatment that helps a lot. When I get a bad break out though I drink a lot of water. Also if you use a sugar scrub it helps to keep your face really clean.
EXFOLIATE! and watch what you eat, it comes right back out your pores.
