DrTCP is a tool for adjusting the MTU(Maximum Transfer Unit) of your ethernet card. Usually, if you are a DSL subscriber and using a router (or such you can't login to secured websites) you may want to lower it down. The basic MTU for DSL is 1492. But if you want to adjust this you way want to change the TCP receive window to 28800 and your Adapter Settings (Ethernet Card) to 1492-1200.
