Girl I do too! And I have found 'earth tones' to fit best. Browns, tans, greys, creams, blacks only in real real nice pieces or leather. Too much color can drownd our complexion out. And I love my olive tones! (though i have picked up pink this summer on defult, glad Fall is here) Same rule for the face. I feel these colors are great for olive/dark eyes. If you use a bright blue, green, pink or something, it takes away from the beauty and mystery of sultry brown eyes. Also, I consider these colors to be tactfull on the face and ready for anywhere. Hope my opinion helps!

I have the same coloring. I find that during the summer (as we get darker), it's better to stick to lighter colors- but not tacky colors!
The best colors are white- which brings out your skin tone. Light blue is also gorgeous on olive-skinned people. Pink, beige, and most neutral colors look great too.
For eyeshadow, I love pinkish brown shadow. Also, if you have a gold shimmer powder, use that as eyeshadow and if it's subtle, brush it lightly on cheeks and the bridge of your nose. It gives you a 'sun-kissed' look.

Silver or deep plum-like colors. Purple gives out a cool, mysterious appearance and pops out your eye color.

Since in your avatar, I'm assuming your eyes are brown. So don't use brown eyeshadow. Use something light or bright to make your eyes ''pop'', as I would say.

Go for purples, plums, grays and dark greens. Brown can make you look muddy and bright blue may look garish. Black eyeliner is super too
