Hello is Zdrastvuytye (zdras-vioy-tye).

Welcome is Pajaloosta (pa-jsha-loo-sta).

Goodbye is Dohsvidanya (dahs-ve-danya).

Hi is Privet. (pree-vyet).

Bye is Paka (Pah-ka).

Do you speak English? is Vi govoryittye po-angliski?
(Vie gov-or-eet-ye pan-gli-ski).

When you say hello, you need to gutturalize the consonants.
When you say goodbye, remember to aspirate or put a little 'h' sound into the first syllable.
When you say Welcome, you need to use a soft 'j' sound, hence the 'jsha' combination.

A good site to go to is eLanguageSchool.net. You can learn the basics of a language there.
