Your hormones are off kilter for some reason or another. You should check in with a doctor to make sure there isn't a cyst or other problem. Mother Nature sends us little messages when things are not quite right.

Could be any number of things, pregnancy, birthcontrol, cysts, etc..., but what you have to realize is that everybody has a different body, so regardless of resoponses on here, if it concerns you go see a doctor stat.

If you don't usually spot then its a sign of a problem. Ovarian cyst or cervical dysplasia. When was your last exam?
