I downloaded GTA: Vice City off of FrostWire and when I start up the game there is a huge problem.?

The game loads up perfectly but in the Options menu I want to edit the audio options, it says on the bottom right of the screen:

NO AUDIO HARDWARE

Then I reinstalled the game and only the cutscenes had audio. What is going on? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Why would downloading it off of LimeWire make any difference? I love this game, apart from this little problem. That is the only part I hate about it.

I want the answer to this problem to be absolutely free, please!

That's what you get for downloading a pirate version of a game. The only way to get a game that works the way it should is to buy the disk, then you get all the drivers that you need.

no audio hardware, it means you dont have a soundcard, if you have a soundcard you may not have the right installer for it.
if you have all of that right, you should check the configuration settings of GTA.

if all of these are in correct order, try downloading elsewhere.

since it was a downloaded game, not actual....there may be some problems with it, since a lot of people got ahold of that game also things can get messed up . my best sugestion is buying the actual game, then you'll have no problems
