10! It is my favorite Disney Channel Show.
Raven- "It seems like just yesterday we started High School"
Chelsea- "Ya. Seems like just yesterday; riding bikes downtown, running through sprinklers."
Raven- "Chels, it was yesterday."
Chelsea- "Oh! He He. No wonder my shoes are wet."

When it just started i would give it a 10 but now as she is the executive producer i would give it a 6.

I would give it 7. Some of the episodes are kinda lame. But, all in all it's a pretty good show.

prolly a 3 just because the song is kinda cool. i think i mighta laughed once seeing a coulple episodes.
