You can't. They are being sent out by the millions by people who own the stock and are trying to raise its value. The Thunderbird Mail spam filter is pretty good at catching them.

Yes it is only $4.00 per transaction to buy. However: if you sell you pay $16 per transaction to sell. And you pay commissions.
