Don't take chances with products even if its branded and expensive cause they are made in uniform to treat ALL skin type (as they would claim). However, each of us has different skins .. ... your search maybe neverending if you keep buying stuff off the shelves. Go see a professional skin doctor or physician ... let them analyze your skin and recommend what you need to use - they are more professional and most importantly, they would have analyzed your skin carefully.

Keep to the same product for at least 2-3 months and you'll start seeing results. There's no quick remedies for these.

No face care products work for acne. It has an internal cause.
Go see you're GP and he'd either recommend a dermatologist, or prescribe you some medication to cure the acne.
In th UK you get a prescription for something called Erythromycin and Zinc, that you put on the pimples. You can only get it on prescription from you're doctor, so ask him/her about that.
Trust me, no skin care product sold in Boots or other shops cures acne.
