I want to have an exact clone as myself so I can raise him as my own and not make the mistakes my father made on me.

I don't know how old you are but it's probably already too late. If you are say... 20 years old...and they use your cells to clone an exact replica then the day that baby is born its cells are 20 years old.
Why do you think Dolly the cloned sheep had very early onset arthritis and other signs of aging?
