not near enough. About 30 minutes a day.

Time to myself.... Nope.... Sorry..... I can't even remeber what that IS!!!
I work all morning, then pick up my son from school (he is hyperactive, so I literally CANNOT ignore him, he makes sure of that!) Then my bf comes round, so I guess if the time I sleep counts as time to myself, then about 5 hrs!! (That is on the nights when the little man doesn't wake me up constantly!)
PLUS any time I may have had to myself is spent on my animals, I have 2 horses, a dog, a kitten, 9 rabbits, 4 doves which are breeding like the rabbits, and a terrapin....
I don't really need time to myself though, I quite enjoy being kept busy!! I'm used to it now!

You must make and take time each day for yourself. You've got thoughts, feelings, ideas and a lot of other things on your mind all the time. By taking a little time each day to sit back and really get into your thoughts is only fair.

During the work week, from 18:00 to 08:00 every day.
On days off i usually have more.....unless i have to go shopping (or some other place where people tend to be).

From 10 pm to 6 am. It's too bad that I'm usually sleeping.

Two hours every day. I wake up earlier than the family to work out and enjoy the quiet of the morning.

maybe 8 hours total. That includes sleeping and if I'm lucky a shower. But my kids like to bang on the door when I do that too.
