It seems as though they all go sooner or later. I converted mine to springs in the rear and coil over struts in front. Strutmasters.com I believe is the web site you need. It's not the ride that the air ride gives, but it hasn't cost me any more money or headaches since I've converted it.

My stepdad had a Lincoln with that same stock air ride system...thay are a big pain. It's imperative that you disable the system anytime you are going to raise the car off the ground for any reason... otherwise it will cause damage to the system. There's a disabler switch for it; on your car it could be in or under the dash, glove box, or possibly in the trunk. Check the owner's manual for the location, or ask a dealer. Otherwise be prepared to pay a few hundred bucks every so often to fix it...or have a lowrider. I personally would be tempted to replace the air system with something else.

Good Luck

Yeah. My dad had a 95 lincoln and he had to replace his suspension twice at $700 a pop. In the end, he looked like he was a 70 year old man pushing a lowrider. Got a lotta play in the neighborhood, though.

Putting the car on a lift or jacking without disabling air bag systems is one of the most common reasons for the failure
