The Sixth Sense - this one completely threw me off, I was literally in shock.
Saw - this one really surprised me, why did no one think to check the dead guy on the floor? Classic.
Pirates of the Caribbean II - couldn't believe they left it hanging the way they did. I know it was just setting it up for the third one, but I still can't believe they "killed" that character.
Ladder 49 - this one was upsetting.

I saw Pirates of the Caribbean:Dead Man's Chest recently and I was surprised that it ended the way it did---There will be a # 3, I'm sure.
