Is this Adrian Moles brother? You have the address try 192.com. Did you pay by Paypal and have you initiated an item not received with Ebay? If paypal you can reclaim through them and if Ebay you can complain through them.You cannot just put the email address into ebay it will not give you their trading name and you won't get their details unless you have trading with them.

go to community section of ebay and do a member search by using the ID and it should bring up the members details if they are still registered.
