I'm a happily married man..but theres something thats been nagging at me for the past 3 months or so. My step daughter. I think i have feelings for her, that i shouldn't have. She's very very very hot. So attractive!!! Guys are all over her all the time. And i can't help but feel jealous!! I know its wrong. I shouldn't have these feelings of lust or whatever for her. Afterall she's only 17. Is there something wrong with me...or is this normal? Is there something i can do to fix this. Some advice would be fantastic.

Well, you're just a typical guy. Checking out girls IS normal, but checking out your child, step or not, is wrong and perverted! (You know that too) Your step daughter is only 17 and she's your daughter now-you shouldn't be thinking of her in that way. You should've never married her mom if you're going to be lusting after her child. That's wrong and acting on it would be very wrong and illegal. I would most definately go to counselling ASAP. This is how molesting occurs, and it's hurtful to the kids-these are supposed to be their parents and to other spouses-they've married people who are ruled by lust and not their hearts. But it's good that you feel it's wrong. It is. Think of her as your little girl. Your flesh and blood. Any guy being all over her would make you mad but you shouldn't want to be all over your daughter. Your job should be as a parent, not suitor. Prevent this from escalating into something and good luck to ya.

She may be attractive but you are old enough to be her dad and you are her step-dad. You don't want to be the next pervert in jail cause you couldn't keep your hands off a 17 year old girl that is what she is a teenage girl. I think you need to talk to someone about this before you get yourself in big trouble. Maybe there is something more going on here with your own marriage that you lead on but you can't gear your thoughts toward your step daughter that you are helping to raise.

She is your step daughter. If you are married to her mother, you could still have a family relationship with the daughter, but you shouldn't leave the mother for the daughter. Especially since you just got married. Spend some bonding time with her. Maybee i don't know bring her to see a R rated movie with her friends, or bring her bowling, and says she can bring some friends, or you could bring her to dinner or something like that. You are like a father to her, so you shouldn't try to hit on her or anything. I hope this helps you.

Yes, there is alot wrong with it as you're acting like she's your "girlfriend" if you're jealous! PLEASE don't act on your male impulses if you want to stay married and out of jail !! Get some counseling too. I think it's quite normal for men to see young girls as desirable; even their own daughters and they get uncomfortable with those feelings. You need to be there for her, but you can't be anything but a father....that's it !!! Stop thinking "hot hot hot"! It's going to get you in trouble and You know that! I think you'd do well to find someone to talk to about this before it really becomes a problem. Step away from the step-daughter!!! NOW !!

Fantasizing about your 17 year old step daughter should be okay as long as your not acting on your urges.

You really need to get some help. I am not going to insult you or make jokes on this one, but you need help. She is your wife's daughter and just thinking about it, it's wrong. Would you think that way if it was your sister? Please get help before it escalates. I dont think anyone will be able to help you online
