If you want to go for cheap, dallor tree produces some cute stuff for well...a dallor! But if you want high quality paper, check out a craft store like micheal's or hobby lobby. They carry a set of pages in bulk called "Cardstock" (yes...it is the name of the company, not the paper...the pages can also be called that). The paper company also produces some unique colors.

Paper source is great, but pretty expensive. They are on-line at www.paper-source.com. They've got lovely paper, terrific rubber stamps, and all the other things you can't live without!
